For the Cordial: Combine the listed ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, take off the heat allowing it to cool fully. Pour into a sealable bottle, cap it keeping it chilled, it can be stored for around four weeks.

For the Cocktail Base: Combine the specified liquid ingredients into a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it best through a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix into a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into an cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it using a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
